Acne Ayurvedic Home Remedies
Acne is caused by inflammation and infection of oil glands of skin caused due to clogging of oil glands leading to formation of bacterial spore.when the body fights against it there will be formation of pustules.
The plugged oil glands are called whiteheads.
Open oil glands which turns black when exposed to air are called blackheads.
When it becomes red and inflammed filled with pus,we call it pustules.
Remedies include-:
Making a paste of nutmeg with water and applying for 15 mins twice daily.
Also paste of clove made with water or paste of sandalwood made with water can also be used for application.
Spines of silk cotton tree made into paste with with milk is also useful.
Paste of red lentil and turmericwith lemon juice can also be applied over the acne for good results.
Gently rubbing raw garlic are also helpful in fast curing of acne.
Application of fresh aloe vera pulp is also found effective.
Intake of 4-5 neem leaves daily also helps to cure acne.
