Dashamoolarishta is mentioned in Vajeekarandhikara of Bhaishajya Ratnavali.
Dashamoolarishta will be given to Women/Pregnant ladies after delivery along with Jeerakadyaristham and Ashokarishtam. Because the combination of these 3 will help in avoiding Vayu Shobha(Gas troubles) in a delivered women. It has a better action in the uterine cavity and it also helps to solve problems like lack of digestion, vomiting etc after Deliver.
