Cholesterol Ayurvedic Home Remedies
Flaxseeds are great for lowering Cholesterol. Grind the seeds and add to yogurt or cereal and consume it.
1 teaspoon of Coriander seed powder to 2 cups of water and boil it. Then strain the mixture and drink once or twice a day.
Take one onion and crush it, then take its juice by squeezing it. It is mixed with equal amount of honey. Take this once in a day.
Take 1 Onion, 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper, 1 piece of ginger. Mix these with 1 cup of buttermilk and consume it daily morning.
Mix 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder in a glass of warm water. Take this daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
Take 5 garlic pieces and crush it and make fine paste. Consume it and then drink one glass of buttermilk.
Do exercise for 1 hour daily.
Reduce intake of oil, non veg foods, fried items, bakery foods
